Florence.
Unfortunately, Flora is a type of margarine where I live, so I would never use it. Otherwise, I think Flora is a gorgeous name!
If it was possble, I would choose Florence and use Flora as a nickname. Florrie is also a cute nickname, it's my second cousin's name.
