Draven is sort of "goth" sounding, but I think it could also just be eccentric - a sort of nutty-California-style name. I can totally picture it on an ordinary guy - especially a man, less on a kid - on the West Coast, especially now. Fifteen years ago, I'd have said it would've seemed too fey. Out here in Texas, I'd say it's more soap-opera-ish seeming on a kid, fine on a man.
Stellan sounds, on the other hand, East Coast prep to me. Rather white, and a little Euro-chic. I don't dislike it though. I think it'd be suitable-seeming over a whole lifetime.
Lilia Willow: something too much "ih" in it, but other than the sound when you say them together, I think the names fit each other.
