Camille
I've fallen head over heals for Camille, with the proper French pronounciation that is- Kah-mee. Before I moved here I always thought it was just like Camilla without the -uh, which I find rather unattractive (the cah-mill prn.) but I love it said Kah-mee. I've always liked Cami as a nn, but never the full name possibilities.
So WDYT of Camille pr. Kah-mee? Useable in an english-speaking country? I know correct prn. would be a bit of a battle, but a worthwhile one, perhaps? People always spelled and said my name wrong, and I've survived just fine.
Middle name suggestions?
TIA :)

Camille is lovely. Most people in English-speaking countries would pronounce it ka-MILL, but I think people around her would eventually catch on to ka-MEE. She might be annoyed by being called ka-MILL a lot, though.

I love Camille but prefer the 'L' sound on the end... kah-MEEL. Either way I also highly approve of its usage. Hmmm, MNs might me tough, especially with your preferred pronunciation.... maybe...
