Alice
I've really started to like this name and find it very pretty/adorable...
Would Alice be okay to use without sounding dated? [Possibly a silly thing to say but I don't know lol]
I have no clue what would be a good middle name combination for it.
I like Rose [Family name, not filler in this case] but i was wondering if there was anything differen't that would go just lovely with the name Alice.
:)[I'd be pronouncing it like AL-lis]

I really like Alice. It is old fashioned but also pretty & sweet. I know 2 - one is about 30 and the other is 4. So you can definately use it.
Alice Rose is nice. You could also do Alice Rosemary, which is just a little different but wouldn't seem filler.

I love Alice! I find it more classic so I don't think it does (or could) feel dated. Alice Rose is cute but dull. Alice Rosalind, Alice Rosalie, or Alice Rosamund are all pretty. My favorite Alice combos as Alice Clementine and Alice Josephine. Some other ideas:
Alice Charlotte
Alice Dorothy
Alice Felicity
Alice Irene
Alice June
Alice Jane
Alice Marianne
Alice Margaret
Alice May/Mae
Alice Pearl
Alice Rachel
Alice Virginia

Alice is lovely. I don't think it's too dated, and I've only ever met one in my entire life (though I am in the US, so elsewhere it's more popular.)Some combos off the top of my head:
Alice Imogen
Alice Beatrix
Alice Winifred

I like it. Older names have come back into style, so no, I don't think it's too dated to use.Alice Rose is pretty, but if you'd like a less common middle name, how about Alice Rosalie, Alice Rosalia, Alice Rosalind, Alice Rosaline, Alice Rosabel, Alice Rosanna, Alice Rosemary, Alice Rosemarie, Alice Rosina, or Alice Rosamund?

Alice's popularity will only rise, methinks. It is a lovely, lovely name that I don't see being dated at all! Alice Rose is nice, but I find Rose so very boring as a middle name. I definitely wouldn't complain if I met a little girl with the name Alice Rose, but I also think Alice needs to be made a little more exciting!Sorry for repeats:Alice Cecilia / Alice Cecily (maybe too much S!)
Alice Camellia
Alice Clementine
Alice Dorothea
Alice Eleanor
Alice Evelyn
Alice Genevieve
Alice Guinevere
Alice Gwendolen / Alice Gwendolyn
Alice Hermione
Alice Imelda
Alice Isabel
Alice Isadora / Alice Isidora
Alice Jemima
Alice Josephine
Alice Katharine / Alice Katherine / Alice Catherine

I love Alice too (my great-grandmother's name was Alice) but I don't know if I'd use it right now because of the Twilight Book series. It might be seen as coming from Twilight, so I don't know if I'd like that. However, I would still encourage you to use it if you really like it. I don't think it's too dated, I knew a girl who would be 18-19 now who's name was Alice. My great-grandmother had a sister close in age who's name was Audrey. I really like it as a sibset :)

I didn't know Alice was popular o_O even from Twilight lol
I just thought for girl names Isabella mainly and then Rosalie were popular from that book.. :S Oh well... Learn something new everyday I guess:PMy love for the name Alice came from Alice in Wonderland.
My favorite movie and book of all time since I was little. :)

Ah that's a good point, I'm not sure if it's popular actually! I just remember reading somewhere that it was expected to increase in popularity because of it.
