I like Zoë best because it makes sense to me considering the pronunciation rules of some languages. However, English is not one of these languages which is why it totally makes sense to use Zoe in English because it's less confusing and easier to type. I think the 'y' at the end of Zoey is unnecessary and it's the only thing that might be childish about the name. Without the 'y' it's a perfectly mature name to me.I also like Zoé but I'd pronounce it differently.
