Nice enough names.
The two L's throw me. If it were Lila, I pronounce it Ly LAH. But with that second L, I'm leaning toward pronouncing Lilla as Lil-LAH.

I'd say LIL-ah because of the two Ls. Lilla sounds totally silly to me. Like little kid talk. Alianna is interesting. I like it less than Alana. More than Alina. Less than Alia. More than Ana. But it sure does have nickname options!I find the combos to be a little lacking in lustre or interest.

I'd pronounce it lil-ah. I like Claire and Rose, but I don't like Lilla or Alianna.

Not really my style, although I do love Claire and Rose individually.Lilla should be pronounced LIL-a (short i), so hopefully that's how they're saying it.

I would pronounce Lilla like lee-lah

I like Lilla Claire pretty well. Aliana Rose would have been lovely, why'd they have to spoil it with an extra n? Ah well.
Probably Lil-ah. Maybe Lee-lah. Definitely not Ly-lah.

Anna Rose is one of the grandmothers, so they just added Ali with it.
