I immediately guessed se REE lee a, and I imagined putting milkia on my breakfast cerelia and then looking round for the coffeea.
I thought it was pronounced ce-reel-ya. I like your pronunciation of it. The spelling does make me think of cereal kinda, but that's easy to get over because Cerelia has a very pretty look/sound to it.
I've always assumed it was pronounced similarly to Aurelia, either "sehr-AY-lee-uh" or "sehr-EE-lee-uh." Since Cerelia is the Roman goddess of autumn, I associate her with cereal. Not my favorite mental picture for a child, but not a bad one either.
If you like the Sara sounds, how about Seraphine / Serafina or Serena?

It's kind of pretty, but it sounds kind of odd to me because my sister's name is Sara and my name is Lea (pronounced like Leah). The spelling kind of threw me off - I didn't know how to pronounce it until I saw the rest of your post. I can't really think of another way to pronounce it, but it does remind me of Karelia (I'm pretty sure that's a place in Finland). Maybe an alternate pronunciation would be like Karelia, only with an S sound at the beginning?

I'd pronounce it seh-REE-lee-ah, similar to Cordelia.
I would never have thought of your pronunciation. I'd say sir-ELL-ee-uh. I don't like it.
I would never think to say it like that. I'd totally say ser-ELL-ia or ser-AYL-ya
