I adore Raphael:-)
The others aren't my thing, but it's great to see them used.

I love both names and combo is pretty cool. I've actually seen both names, and the combo, in my own hometown a couple of times. We have a large population of Mexicans and the names seems pretty popular within the community - both Aurelius and Aurelio, and Rapheal, Rafael, and Rafa.

Interesting!
My cousin just used Aurelius as well, it took me by surprise!

This made my day. I love Aurelius! It reminds me of Colin Firth's character in "The Last Legion."

Very cool and unexpected. The names go together splendidly. I prefer Aurelian to Aurelius, but Aurelius rocks. I like Raphael when it's pronounced RAY-fee-əl, but I'm not too fond of ra-fa-EL. Sylvanius is neat.

Nice, but I think it's a little pretentious.

AWESOME!!!!
I admit it's, er, quite a lot of name for a little kid, but I can't help loving it anyway :P
Although if it were me, I only would have used the "us" ending once: Aurelian Raphael Sylvanius or Aurelius Raphael Sylvan / Sylvain.
Weird... I could have sworn Aurelian was in the database last I checked... maybe I'm going crazy
