My DH's aunt, who died at a great age, was named Molly Esme; both were family names. She didn't seem to like it much, and always went by Bunny.

It is an okay name. Not my favorite but nothing really wrong with it either.

My name is Molly. I think it is a great name for everyday use, but that it should be a nickname for something with a little more heft, like Mary. I never liked my name when it was the only one I had, but since being baptized as an adult and taking Mary as my Christian name, I have liked it much better.

I like Molly but I prefer it as a nickname for Mary. My favorite combo probably is Mary Johanna "Molly".
