Oh Bear it's really easy! I promise!
If you're on windows:
1. Highlight the text.
2. Right click the text.
3. Find where it says "Copy (Ctrl+C)" in the menu.
4. Click that.
5. Click inside the text box you want to paste it into.
6. Right click.
7. Find where it says "Paste (Ctrl+V)" in the menu.
8. Click that.
SO EASY!
You can even use ctrl+C and ctrl+v as shortcuts!
If you're on a mac:
1. Highlight the text.
2. Press control, and click while holding control down.
3. Find where it says "copy" in the menu.
4-6 same as above.
7. Find where it says "paste" in the menu.
8. Click that.
You can even use command+c and command+v as shortcuts!
There's no reason not to learn how to do this.
