Qara
What about Qara? Tammy's post on boy's Q names reminded me that this was a spelling of my name (Cara) that I quite liked as a kid. It was so "edgy"! HA!Now I think two things:
#1 it looks like it should be prn as CAR-uh
#2 i had issuesWhat do you all think? Any names that you think you could swap the first letter for a Q and get awar with it?

I actually sort of like it! I can't picture saying it Cara to rhyme with Care-uh, though-- only KAHR-uh. Let's see...Qora? Maybe...
Qameron? Nah.
Qatherine? Definitely not!
Qate / Qatie?
Qaia? That actually looks good.
Qevin? Heh, looks like quail.
Qaleb? Nope.
Qain / Qane?
Qairo? Could work...

I really like the name Cara (it's on my pnl), but I'd never go as far as to put a Q on it.Perhaps Quingsley/ Quingston for Kingsley/ Kinston... but even that's a stretch.

Quingsley sounds like a charactor doesn't it?I agree, I would never use the Q as a grown up but I used to think it was the greatest idea ever! hahaha!
