It's lovely and underused these days. I'd prefer to see it over Bella any day.

I like it a lot. My neighbors back home have a little girl named Belinda but she goes by Billie. She has made me love the name.

I like it. I like it a lot more than just Linda.

Personally, I find Belinda and Melinda two of the ugliest names around. But I've never pinned down why. I've just disliked them for a long time.

It's nice sounding, but it's really, really common amongst women my age ( born in the 80's) I agree it's not heard of much in babies and young children. But due to it's popularity amongst my age group, it's like another Nicole or Jennifer- nice but loses it's spark when you hear it over and over.

I also like Belinda! It's quirky and whimsical.

I love Belinda! I can never find a combo that I love with it, though. The closest I've come up with is Belinda Gisele. I think Ellie or Elin (Ellen) would be cute nicknames for Belinda :)

I used to have a friend named Jennifer Belinda who went by Belinda. I remember wondering why at the time because Jennifer was so pretty. Now, I see her parents had the right idea. Belinda was the way to go. I don't love it but I do like it and it suited my friend beautifully.

I like it, but I do prefer Melinda (mainly because I really like Mindy and Minnie as nicknames.) Belinda is quite underused, I feel.

I think it's a lovely alternative to Bella. It has a nice roundness to it.

I chose it as my confirmation name, and I'm using it as my mn, as I didn't get one at birth. I like Belinda most out of all the belle names.
