DD/DD: Sofia Rose / Liliana ? - Sofia is a family name and we just love it. We love Rose, and it also honours my mothers sister who was named Rosa (She died when she was very young). I don't really know what I would name a second girl. If we ever had twins, I hope it would be a girl and boy, it would make things a lot easier :).
DD/DS: Sofia Rose / Nicolas Joaquin - I know you said not to use the same names, but I just love these together.
DS/DS: Nicolas Joaquin / Samuel Alejandro - The only two boys names I love. I can't use Samuel irl though.

I can't do middle names for these. This is so hard.

DD/DD/DD: Leah, Anna and Julia
DD/DS/DD: Natalia, Sebastian and Juliana
DD/DS/DS: Cecilia, Jonas and Nathaniel
DS/DS/DS: Joaquin, Alejandro and Diego

Are you going to name your twins Coral Rose and Alexa Gem?
I think Coral and Alexa would be a good twin set.
