I noticed you had the feminine for Patrick in Cro "Patricija" but no masculine version. Do native Cro's just use English version Patrick or a derivative of Italians like Patricio?
The spelling Patrik is used in Croatia (it's mentioned in the comments section, but I guess Mike C just hasn't updated it yet). It's quite popular, it was #22 in 2009.
