Two girls: Caroline and Cornelia, Linnéa and Viola, Runa and Saga or Åslög and Öllegård (I give you both international and Swedish favorites)
Two boys: Matthew and Jonathan, Calum and Jonah, Arvid and Vidar or Axel and Erik
Girl and boy: Paloma and Jonas, Nora and Aron, Sonja and Jonas or Ellida and Arild
Three girls: Adina, Diana and Nadia, Eva, Liv and Zoë or Disa, Eira and Saga (the last three are goddesses from Old Norse mythology)
Three boys: Alexander, Christopher and Jonathan, or Anders, Karl and Manne (all three mean "man")
Two girls and one boy: Diana, Nadia and Aidan, Sophia, Victoria and Justus or Disa, Eira and Sixten (all old Norse names)
Two boys and one girl: Jonas, Malcolm and Paloma, Jonas, Jason and Sonja or Arvid, Einar and Saga
I think my naming principles are rather easy to detect.

Oh, I never do middle names
Whenever I think of names, I only think of the first names. I find middle names uninteresting, since I never know other people's middle names. Therefore I can't take part in all those CAF games, I just can't bother thinking up middle names.
