I really don't like the sound of Sephy. It sounds really twee to me.
Sephora is okay. It reminds me a little bit of a medical term ... epiphora (falling tears) but that's obscure, I know. And it seems brand-namey because of the makeup store and its marketing. But it's not awful. I think I would like it better as Seffora, which looks more down-to-earth to me.

It would be great if it weren't for the make-up brand.

It's a gorgeous name. I'd seriously consider using it myself. Sephy is a cute nickname.

I think of the make-up store too, she's probably going to be asked if that's where her name came from all the time.

Why not Seraphina nn Sephy?

I like Sephora, but since it's the name of a store, I like Zipporah better. Sephy is a great name nn!! You could also use Sephy for Sapphire I think.
