A is indeed a popular letter for first names to begin with in the UK, US, Australia etc. I think it may actually be the most popular? I read that somewhere.I could happily die aged 100 without ever having read another BA for an Archie, Alfie or Amelia though. Really over it. Alice bores me to tears too, and isn't Amber dated to the 80s?Alba Mae and Ava Agnes are interesting/sweet, at least.

Anastazija Hate Archie, it's popular here too. I just don't see the appeal at all. Fine as a nn, but not as a full name. Ditto on Alfie, which I used to like as a full name (what was wrong with me!) Oh, and Albie too . . .

I've never seen Anrej or Natelija before, but both families are Muslims so it's possible that they're variations of Arabic or Turkish names. Natelija might be a misspelling if Natalija.
