Miranda Kerr names her son Flynn Bloom!
Both names being one syllable, makes it very choppy and abrupt!

Can't say I think the names work together, but good on her for showing a photo of her breast feeding. More power to her.
I'm gutted that they don't appear to have given him a middle name, but I love the name Flynn. So happy for them!
Ignore! Wrong posting!

It is a bit choppy, but I really like the name Flynn, so I'm willing to overlook it. :P
I was thinking that they could have given him a hyphenated last name to make it less choppy, but then I realized that the last name would have been Kerr-Bloom, and saying that together just makes me laugh. :D

I really like Flynn and it sounds like they had difficulty choosing a name for him- I think as long as they both love the fn, it is more important than a perfect flow.
I really hoped they'd choose a Shakespearean name for their child. With Orlando and Miranda as parents, a little Lysander, Franscisco, Cornelius, Antony or Sebastian would have been very cool.

I know what you mean.
I had hoped that too. I had Cordelia in my sights for them.
I think though that it could have caused difficulties for any future children - they'd be limited to sticking with the theme lest baby #2 etc felt left out.

That would've been lovely
Could you imagine? Especially with a literary-friendly surname such as Bloom (I must be thinking of Harold)!
