Marjolaine is pronounced [mahr-zho-LEN], so the Lainey nickname makes no sense IMO.

I like floral names, but I'm not sure how this would work in an English speaking context. I'd rather see Marjorie.

Ahhh. When pronounced like that, it sounds really pretty.
I'd definitely go with Jolie as a nickname instead.
