I know an eight-year-old boy named Aries. His identical twin brother is named Aces. I don't like it as a name. It's too out-there. I can definitely picture it much better on a male than a female, though. Aries for a woman? It's so masculine---nothing the least feminine about it.

Well, I'd like it for a boy. I'd only like it on a girl if it's a nickname or if it's somehow short for something else.

Eh, it seems a bit too masculine to me, even for a tomboy (rams are male sheep, after all).

I like it on the right person (e.g. Aries Spears).
