Hm... I think they'll go with something that works in both Danish and English (based on their older daughter's name). Maybe Charlotte, Olivia, Stella, Sophia.
For a boy: Samuel, Benjamin, Alexander (or maybe not because of Willem-Alexander?), Jacob or Sebastian.

Middle names: Astrid, Benedikte, Ingrid, Anne-Marie, Alexandrine, Elizabeth (Mary's middle name), Jane (Mary's sister).
Boy names are harder. Maybe Frederik, André or Stuart (Mary's brother).
