Cady is a cute name but Katie is so common that I most likely wouldn't use Cady either (they're much too similar). Tilly is nmsaa.

Oh my God, Tilly is my boyfriend's mother.. I can only picture it on a 54-year old teacher, but I ca imagine that it might sound sweet on a little girl.

Cady isn't my style. I LOVE Matilda nn Tilly. I also really like Martha at the moment, it's grown on me a lot.

I'm not familiar with Cady, is it a boy's name? If so, I guess many people find it too similar-sounding to Katy.

I like Matilda (Tilly) as well coz this is my friend's daughter's name (Matilda Rose) she is 4. :)

I'm not a big fan of Cady because it is so close to Cady. I would prefer to see it as a nn rather than as a name on its own. Say, as a nn for Arcadie or Arcadia :-)

I love Cady its really cute but I think it should be a nickname for Cadence. I really dislike Tilly and Matilda but Matilda nn Matty is OK imo.
