It's not bad. I love Catherine and I think Jordan, while not my thing, is tasteful enough.

I would have loved the other name if it only would've been Evelyn. Evalyn looks too much like Eva plus -lyn (although who knows, that might be what they're going for).

I have a close relative whose married name is actually Evelyn Day. :-)

I like Jordan, but prefer it for a boy. Catherine is a nice classic middle name, so she has plenty alternatives if she doesn't like Jordan.

I read somewhere that she's named after his best friend who died, so honoring gets another plus from me.

Well, I like Jordan for a girl, so I approve of the combo.
