Combo comments:
Lydia Rosemary - beautiful flow
Cecily Anne - pretty, but a bit too tender/delicate
Cecily Delphine - mixing genres (I wouldn't suggest a middle name starting with 'd' for Cecily)
Cecily June - now this is a bit more like it; very nice
Eloise Vivienne - It looks pretty, but the 'v' after Eloise sounds harsh
Beatrix Helene - very pretty
Beatrix Lenore - don't like it as much as Beatrix Helene, but not terrible
Anna Beatrix - Beatrix spices up Anna well
Anna Rosalie - don't like the flow
Rosemary Blythe - heaven!
Gwendolen Eve - very nice
Alice Marigold - Marigold lends some uniqueness to the combo
Rose Mathilde - not something I'd personally use, but it's far from terrible
Eleanor Blythe / Eleanor Daisy - don't really like either combo, sorry :-(
Rupert Leo - fairly short, yet commands attention
Rupert Theodore - very cosmopolitan :-)
Theodore Julian - feels a bit like mixing genres
Theodore Willem - sorry, I just don't like Willem
Arthur Frederick - feels a bit like a barrister :-)
Henry Jasper - normally I don't like either name, but they go well together
Henry Rupert - too much 'r' too close together
Thomas Duncan - Duncan feels like a surname here, but that could be what you're going for; not too shabby
Charles Rupert - sounds like a self-made man :-)
Benjamin Charles - don't like the flow

Why wouldn't you suggest a middle name starting with D for Cecily?

I find the 'd' sound (in most cases) rather harsh, especially at the beginning of a name. And even though I said Cecily Anne was perhaps too delicate, I think Delphine was going too far in the opposite direction, if you get my drift.
The only 'd' name that I think would still sound okay to use in this combo would be Cecily Danielle. But this is all just my opinion.
