Mary Alice; but I'd prefer Mary Alison or Mary Alicia for rhythm and syllable variety.Mary Jo and Mary Lou seem particularly dated, with Mary Ann and Mary Jane not far behind.

Mary Alice is my favorite, but I've also got a soft spot for Mary Margaret (it just tumbles off the tongue!).

Mary Alice is my favorite, though I love Marianne (chiefly this spelling) more.

Mary Ann, or a contracted form like Marian or MarianneI might've said Mary Katherine if it didn't completely make me think of the Saturday Night Live character (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Katherine_Gallagher)*ETA: I'm glad to see Mary pop up in a combo as a fn! It's so simple but beautiful.
