I thought of these earlier. What do you think?

The combos come from feminine versions of my and a guy I have a bit of crush on, though I couldn't use the hideousness that is Duncanina (his middle name is Duncan)

I think they would work for twin daughters, but Keva and Davina are a bit close if Keva is pronounced KEE-va. How about Caoimhe (KEE-va) and Davina? I prefer the look of Caoimhe.

Davina October is really neat, and I like Leonie as well.

I like them! Keva Leonie and Davina October actually sound like a pretty good twinset. I like October as a mn :)

Oh no.. I really don't like either of them.. Sorry :( Davina makes my skin crawl and I know an obese bald woman called Leonie so that does nothing for me. Keva is okay if pronounced Kee-VAH, if it's Kev- AH, no way. October isn't my fave month name, but it's okay.. I'd prefer August.
