I adore both Siobhan and Sinead and really like Saoirse. But if I were asked to list my top three Irish girl's names they would be Niamh, Aoife and Sinead (although Mairead gives Sinead a good run for her money). So of course I have to vote for Sinead here. It's so delicate and feminine sounding. I don't know why it isn't more popular.My niece is Clare Siobhan. Her father wanted her to be Siobhan Clare, which would have been terrific too. I see the name Siobhan as Sinead's more robust sister. :-)
