I love Milo and really can't stand Michael, it's so boring to me. Milo Timothy Michael is much better than Michael with the nickname Milo.

I think Milo can be a nickname from this name. I like the name Milo so maybe you should use Milo Timothy Michael. It sounds nice together. I think it would have cool initials, too. I say use Milo Timothy Michael.

I think it's a great idea as a nn for Michael. Far better than the run of the mill Mike or Mikey!
