Hm, there's a Zara in my daughter's preschool class. I'd never even heard it before.Yvie is cute. Might be sort of inconvenient, though.I love Charmaine.

Zara is a royal name in the UK and a Spanish clothing brand and from popularity lists it seems to be popular in many European countries. Why would Yvie be inconvenient?

Yes, I looked Zara up =) I'm in the US, but it's not unlikely that my daughter's friend Zara moved here from Europe or elsewhere.Because it's usually spelled Evie by English speakers, and she'd have to correct people a lot. It's creative-ish looking. But I still like it.

Well, Zara is in the 700 in the US, so it must not be that rare (still, not even close as popular as in some countries in Europe).
