I love it - almost enough to use. I think the only reason I've dismissed it as a usable name is that I definitely want to use Margaret, and wouldn't want two daughters who could be called Maggie. It's in my family tree several times from a few centuries ago (along with lots of Aganethas!). I also like the nickname possibilities - Magda, Maggie, Lena, maybe even Elena.
