Assuming that Lark is supposed to be for a girl when compared with Saffron, I definitely have to go with Saffron. I don't why, but I can't stand Lark for a girl, but on a boy is nice to me.

I can't say anything about personalities, since I don't get any associations (no one here is called Saffron or Lark), but I like both names. Very beautiful! I can't choose between them, both are just as nice!

Neither. Ew. Lark's a bit worse though. Saffron's almost doable, but I'm still not a fan.

I prefer Saffron, but love them both. Lark is lovely, but it is a bit to short for me.
Saffron to me is very elegant, although still a bit eccentric. She gives me almost an old time movie vibe.
Lark on the other hand is very spunky and spirited. A true flower child.

I definitely prefer Saffron -- it seems more substantial to me.

Lark. Lark is actually one of my favorite names, and Saffron is among my most disliked. A lark is a symbol of happiness and creativity, and evokes the idea of beautiful song. And the word is tidy and modest. Saffron sounds stuckup to me - partly because of the sound of the word, and partly because it's visual (the color) and symbolizes nothing ... except maybe expensive and rare gourmet taste.

Oh, that's hard... I like both. I guess I see Saffron as more girly and Lark as more unisex? Saffron is softer and more whimsical, probably a teenager or young adult, and Lark is younger and a bit of a tomboy. Saffron smiles but Lark grins.

Saffron. For the nn Ronja. Although I do love Lark. I actually have come across a Lark before, not in person but on paper.(Totally biased. All I can think of when it comes to their personalities is the colors of the names.) To me, Saffron would be slightly immature, very happy with an abundance of hobbies. Lark would be slightly more quiet, still a happy person but calm. I think she'd read a lot of poetry and other fanciful things, preferably while sitting in a forest populated by pines.
