Of course it's usable! I'd use it myself! Penny is such a cute nickname, and I've never had a problem imagining it on an adult woman.
I love it! It's a recent favorite of mine. I think it could work in the real world, but I do worry about it sounding childish as she grows up. (But then again, Lily and Lucy sound childish to me, but there are obviously going to be tons of adult Lilies and Lucies soon.)

I know a young Penenolpe nn Penny. She is one of the cutest little things ever. She is really spunky and definitely has a personality all her own, so the name really suits her. Anyway, I think it is 100% usable, go for it! I would love to have another little Penny in my classes instead of anything that ends in -ella, or is typically a last name *gags*

Pitstop and Parker. Sorry, it does nothing for me. I can see it working fine in real life, though. I just don't like it.
