Very much prefer Noemi to Noemie, although I like Naomi even better.
From your PNL, the first middle name to jump out a me was Storm.
Noemi Storm...the idea of a "storm of pleasantness" appeals to me this AM.
Also thought Noemi Cerys and Noemi Liv could work.
