Astrid

I've always enjoyed Astrid, and it's never sounded inappropriate to me. I do know an Astrid Jennifer, which is a bit odd, but perhaps because I'm used to the rhythm I prefer Astrid Annika.
I love Astrid and I think it has to do with the fact that I met a very adorable 5 year old Astrid. I had only ever heard of the name prior to this from the movie White Oleander.
Since meeting a real Astrid, the name has been a GP of mine. I don't know if I would actually use it mainly because I want a name that reflects my childrens ethnic origins or honor a family member. However, I am delghted when I hear it used.
And, it does not remind me of asteroid or a##-anything.

I really like the name Astrid (even though, yes, it does sound very close to asteroid!). I don't really care for the name Frida. I like Annika but wouldn't pair it with Astrid because the combo sounds too close to that health insurance company (or drug company) Astra Zeneca (you know which one I mean? The commercial says, "If you're not able to afford your medication Astra Zeneca may be able to help.") I like the name Sven but don't really care for Olof! I do like your naming style though!
