Wow..nice to meet you, Gretchen-dear!
You sound quite perfect for this place, and yes, it is addicting. It should come with a warning label.
I'm 31 and a conservative Christian as well. :)
I'm married to the other best nman on the planet. :P
His name is James and we have five children named Promise Merryn(7), Keraden Skylaye(6), Escapade Skyleise(6), Treasure Esteem(4), and Harmony Lyla(13mo.) Obviously, my style is word names. :)
I have been a name nerd for some time, but I don't think my dolls had middle names..hehe. I started liking named more around secondary school when I started writing stories and scripts. I had to name my characters and when looking for appropriate names I picked up on the name Cheya..from there on, I feel in love. haha!
I own an amateur theatre and I'm a playwright(well, I try my best..hehe). I love music, drama, The Lord of the Rings, Greek mythology, and Kelly Clarkson music. :)
What do you teach in high school? Where do you live? (I live in SC, btw.)

Wow, your children's names are unique! I don't remember what your opinion of Élan was, but since it is a word meaning enthusiastic vigor and liveliness; distinctive style or flair, you must love it.
I actually went to summer camp YEARS ago with a girl named Treasure. I also had Marin Ruth as a possible girl name before DH vetoed the idea.
So, what's it like to have five children? I have one and I'm tired. Are you planning to have more? I think I'd like to have three more. I've heard that it's easiest when you keep the number of children you have even. I guess you need one more to fit that theory.
I teach sophomore English, and I live in Louisiana.
"Talk" to you later,
Gretchen
P.S. I like your sig picture.

I'm not sure I replied to Élan, but I do like it.
Marin sounds like a nice mix to keep Ciarda (another great board member) and I happy. Ciarda loves Ruth and I love Marin. :)
I'm going to never know personally about that statistic. I don't plan to have anymore unless God plans otherwise. I guess I won't protest then, but Treasure and Harmony weren't even planned so...
We adopted Keren and Essie and I thought that would be all. I always wanted three children, not three biogolical and two not..hehe. I guess I should have specified myself when praying all those years ago..hehe. Five children always keeps it interesting, but at least their close in age. I see families with children of all ages and panic. One in college and one in a carseat! Imagine!
Where you highly affected by Katrina and Rita?
Ah, an English teacher! I loved English in school. You would have been my favourite..hehe. :)
