Tessalyn / Tessalynn?
Yes, modern creations, but what do you think?

I like Tessane a bit better...
I don't like it to be honest. I prefer it as two separate name Tessa Lynn
I really like Tessalyn. Good choice!
I'm not sure. I've always loved Tessa, and the -lyn suffix could work, but... I don't really know if I like it or not. It's definitely eye-catching, but I can't tell if that's in a good way or a bad way. I guess it's better than Tessa with the filler MN Lynn. It kind of reminds me of tessellations, though.
At first when I first glanced at it, I was like "nah, this name doesn't work.." Then, I start thinking.. and I agree with BellamynSora; Tessa-Lynne looks the most complete. I wouldn't necessarily use Tessalyn unless it was spelled Tessa-Lynne. Tessalyn just looks indifferent to me for some reason. Nonetheless, it's a name that I'll probably be thinking about for a few days.
I think it's the pronunciation. Tessalyn gets run together when I say it but Tessa-Lynne is clear and enunciated.
Agreed! [m]
Then people won't slur the whole name into one.

Yep! Then it just sounds like another trendy -lyn name.
I much prefer Thessalonica (as in the Greek city), but not a bad name.
ooh, nice one
Now there's a name for ya.

And the male form would be Thessaloniki. How fun is that to say?
Pretty. I'm really in to double names at the moment so I'll suggest Tessa-Lyn, TessaLyn, and Tessa-Lynne. Tessa-Lynne looks the most complete to me.
reminds me of something... what is it...
Tessa something....mmmm TESSERAE! That's it! It's not a bad thing - it's the word used for the individual pieces that make up a mosaic.
Tessalyn or Tessa-Lynn also has a very 60's feel to it, very bright, poppy and shaggy-chic. It's not my style, but it's okay. I like it all together, Tessalyn.
edit: this should be a response to the OP, my apologies.
