I've thought maybe 'Andie' from the end of the name, but I don't really like that. Can anyone think of anything else?

Erin or IraI think most nicknames for Ireland seem somewhat forced. Erin and Ira are the only ones that spring to mind immediately.

At a stretch, you could probably get Isla out of Irela.

Ily.Ily is the name of a friend's daughter, and I think it could work as a NN for Ireland.Maybe Ira could work, too.
