I sure hope Madame Colet is a pet, in which case that's incredibly lame it was listed as a sibling. That aside, Harper-Rose Bluebell sounds like a celebrity's child's name. And strange that some parents had a son named Harry and named their daughter Henrietta. It's the same name, and it bothers me! I also think it interesting to see a male Harper. It's strongly associated with a female person, so kind of odd.
I do like Harriet Grace, Henry George Ian, Henry Arthur Nigel, and Hugo Rupert William. And individually I also like Henrietta, Harrison, Harry, and Hugh. Lots of good H names!
I saw two parents named Richard and Emma-- those names look really great together! But yes, more for a couple I think than siblings.

I think Harper isn't used much for either gender in the UK (it's never charted), so it still hasn't lost it's masculine image there.
