I like both names (although I prefer the spelling Finlay). My only concern about using them would be that they are increasingly being used on girls, so they may begin to take on a feminine feel which was never there before.
I prefer Rowan to Finley so I would keep Rowan in the fn spot. Rowan Finley or Rowan Finley George both flow well as combos. From the other names in your sig:

aha thanks! I never actually though of Rowan James... and I love the combos to... Yeah, Rowan I can see sorta working on a girl (would feel sorry for them though).. Finley, there is no way I can see Finley or Finlay working on a girl... Names like Riley & Bailey yes, but I think the 'Fin' part puts me off on the usage for girls...
