I've heard of (although haven't necessarily encountered):
"AMERICAN" BOYS' NAMES

Kalen
Kipp
Rider
Tupper
As I've eliminated the majority of the names on this list, I don't think that it was very American...I can't think of anyone who'd name their kid Jedidish or Trout. A very strange list.
