Aloysius
I am really in love with Aloysius at the moment :) And I've always loved the nickname Ally on a boy. I am thinking of adding it to my boys list officially. What do you think of Aloysius? Any middle name suggestions?
Also, does it go with my other boys names?
Arlo William
Holden
Odis
Ambrose
Emmett
Atticus
Thanks! :)
EDIT: I think I really like Aloysius Pete, what do you think?

I like it a lot. I associate of with Ireland because I feel in love with a painting by Aloysius O'Kelly when I lived there. I actually think I would use it in real life as a middle name to honour my memory of Ireland but also a great painter. My combo is Emmanuel Aloysius. I pronounce it ah-loy-see-us.
I think it goes well with the other names on your list.

This was my grandfather from Ireland's middle name. Even though I know it's a saint's name, it always seemed a bit outrageous. ;) I can see it only in the middle name slot.
I love Aloysius. It makes an awesome middle name.
I also like the NN Ally on a boy because of "The Catcher In The Rye", which just so happens to be one of my favorite books. :)
I think it goes with your other boys' names, but I would avoid having an Atticus. You already have a Holden and an Ally; an Atticus is overkill, and it doesn't sound nearly as nice as the others.

St. Aloysius was the name of the private Catholic elementary school that my father attended in the 1930's. Whenever he mentioned it, (which wasn't that often, but I do have a few memories of him doing so), he always had a tone in his voice that implied that the name was ridiculous. I have to agree--maybe only because of these memories--but I do find the name somewhat ridiculous.
It's okay. I think it sound a little pretentious. I prefer just Alois. But I think it goes well with your other favorite boy's names. I'm not really digging Aloysius Pete. Putting Pete as a mn makes Aloysius sound like an adjective, and the name overall seem dumbed down. Not that I think Pete is dumb, I love it! Just when paired with the over-the-top sound of Aloysius.
I love Aloysius, but I don't really like Ally as a nn. I haven't even thought about a nn for it. If I really wanted a nn I would probably go with Aloy. It goes okey with your other names, especially Ambrose and Emmett. Atticus is the same style too, but they both start with A and end in -us so I'm not sure if I would use both of them..
I like Aloysius :) I'd only use it as a mn, but Aloysius "Ally" is kid of cool. Middle names coule be Peter, John, Falco, Raven, Riordan, Pelagos, Farid, Oberon, Orpheus, Draven, William, Weston, Orion, Torin, Conor, Colin, Petros, Pascal, Evan, Kevin, Owen, Ewan, Eoin, Iason, Jack, Kelton, Elliott, Odin, Rhys?
I think it could go with the other boy names, except for Holden. It doesn't seem to go with that one very well.
