Isadora to me seems wrong, and trendy-spelled to "match" Isabella, although the trend may be antique and forgotten as such. Seems to me like Isadora is an example of how one celebrity can over the years make a creative spelling standard. Today, it would've been Isydorah.And yeah, it has the word sad in it. I sad ... I would not wish to write I S A D ... every time I began to write my own name.
