Louisa is beautiful. I don't say it quite the same as Luisa though i like them both. Luisa is loo-EES-a and Louisa is loo-EE-za. I think Lucy could be a nn for it, but it seems odd as they're completely different names to me. Louie is doesn't feel like a girls name to me even as a nn, but I guess it could be cool.
