I like Sheila, and Sile is alright. The only reason I'd be skittish to use it is because I think it is cliche Australian slang for a girl/woman. They put "Sheilas" and "Blokes" on the potty doors at Outback Steakhouse. ?? I still like the name Sheila though and I think it's usable.
