I really like the idea of Lynn as a first name. Lynn Michelle is decent, but I think that a 3+ syllable middle name would sound better with Lynn. I'm not sure if you're open to the idea of two middle names, but if you placed another name between Lynn and Michelle, you could still honor her grandfathers. There's also the option of using Lynn Michaela / Micaela.
Helen Kathleen is pretty, and I really like Veronica. Dianne isn't my style, but it flows nicely with Veronica.
