If you mean middle name, my personal favourite is Lucia Alessandra. I'm also partial to my name (Lucia Vivian) ;o)
I think if you're attached to Paige, don't change it. It doesn't flow poorly, but imo, it's behind Lucia (and an Italian last name) in spunk-factor. If you love it and will regret not using it- definitely use it!

(I changed it from Kristin Anne. It just doesn't fit me at ALL and I never felt connected to it. My best friend started calling me Lucy when we were 9, so I've been called this for more than half my life and I just identify more with being a Lucy)
