Twinset
Today a met twins Giovana and Gabriela. I thought it was kinda matchy but kinda cute. So WDYT of the set and the names by themselves? Oh, and they had a sister named Alexis.

Ugh. Alexis ruined that sibset... Giovana and Gabriela are nice, pretty and cute at the same time, Italian, and twin-matchy in a giid way. Their parents must have had something against double letters though, because I usually see Giovanna and Gabriella.
Alexis, on the ither hand, is probably my least favorite name...

[OT: A twinset, or twin set, is a matching set of a cardigan and a jumper. "Twin name sighting" would be more accurate for a subject line. Sorry - what a nitpick, I know. But when I see "twinset" I really do think of, well, twinsets.]I like the spellings, with one N and one L. They're not too matchy for me. Nice. A bit long and fancy for my taste. I don't like Alexis though.

Excellent! The names are stronger by themselves than as a set.

Gabriela and Alexis are so girly seeming while Giovana sounds so velvety and grown-up, it kind of sticks out. By the way, Giovana is GORGEOUS, although I prefer it spelled Giovanna. Gabriela's pretty enough, but I don't like Alexis on a girl.

I love Gabriela and Alexis. I don't like Giovana. It sounds sort of harsh and sneaky. Georgia or Gia would have been much better. And I don’t think the twins are too matchy - just because they start with the same letter doesn't really deem them matchy in my book. Especially in this case because the "G" in both names make completely different sounds (soft vs hard)
