relatively neutral on Maxine... Kinda tired of Leila, Lily and similar names.

I think of the Maxine cartoons with the sarcastic old woman in them...

I like it! It sounds hopelessly out of date-- -ine names are so over these days, which is why I like it. It's kind of an old lady name, but not enough of one to make you grit your teeth. It's still classy and has pep. I like it with Laila too!

Really cool combo! Maxine really gives off a Depression era vibe that for me is nice.

I love Maxine. (It's my grandmother's name.)

Maxine is a difficult name for me, because a little girl called Maxi would be adorable until you think about it too long. However, I like the flow of Maxime Leila, and overall I thin it's pretty good

I don't like any forms of Max feminine or masculine.
The combo is okay.

Maxine is my middle name :) I love Maxine, but I think it is mostly because it's MY name ;) Leila ist nice, but Leila Maxine flows a little better, but the combo is nms.

I love Maxine! Maxine Leila's nice, though I prefer Maxine Lila and Maxine Lilia.
