It all depends on the first syllable. ROHS-uh-lind is fairy-like, RAHZ-uh-lind is brassy. ROHS-uh-lind is slippery smooth, RAHZ-uh-lind is scratchy and gets stuck in your throat. Or, well, that's what I think. Not my favorite name, but I do not like the RAHZ- pronunciation. I'm not sure which is correct, either – are both pronunciations legit?

I think it depends on your accent
It's not natural for me to say RAHZ-uh-lind, whereas for some people it would be. For me the o is very short roz-uh-lind with no obvious emphasis on any syllable, probably closer to ROHS-uh-lind in terms of the o sound but it's not a zed, but an s.
So depending on your accent, either RAHZ or ROHS or ROZ would be fine.
