'not common' well, the name itself might not be common. But remember there is Ella, Eleanor, that are popular and sound like it. It has a rather generic sound IMO. Doesn't mean that there is something inherently wrong with the name though.
You could try Eliora, Flora, Elodie, Meliora, Laura, Laurel for similar sounds as well.
